oti hasn't handled a senior team to achieve laurels before; why should he be the technical director. he assisted coach adday to use over-aged players to win an under 17 world cup and thereafter on the recommendation of adday he was made an under 20 coach and that is all. he has never handled senior team either @ club or country level to achieve success. the same goes to coach sam, adday but these are the people who have found favour with kwesi nyantakyi and they have remained his obedient servant.

It you take you about 10 times the 2yr period you've signed to get a penny for a sports academy. If you are lucky to get the funding, it would take you nearly the same amount of time to get things ready and get started, i.e. if you are lucky the money is not squandered then by an official either in the Ministry of Sports or the GFA. So you see, it is not easy to get anything done in Ghana. Mark my words.
