The main problem that we have in the Black Star goalkeeping side is goalkeepers’ trainer Nassam Yakubu and his money supplier Dauda. To have a fairness in the matter, that goalkeeper trainer Mr. or Alhaji Nassam Yakubu must be drop or force to resign to pave way for a fairness. Other than that, Kwaresey should not heed to their invitation for national team duties.
A solid metal, if broken and welded back together can never be the same as solid before.

If the culture is broken, only leadership can fix it. If leadership doesn’t establish and protect a healthy culture, some unhealthy culture will fill that vacuum. If the leadership culture itself is unhealthy, there begins the rot, and soon the fish is lost. We have previously employed the services of coaches who have absolutely no idea about coaching at high levels. In Kwarasey's case, he feels the Black Stars' coach for the goalkeepers doesn't know much that can benefit both the team and the player. Hence his refusal to join the team. Instead of using the team's money to hire good coaches, some of the officials prefer to put the money into their pockets. I agree with Kwarasey.

No player, even if he is Messi or other such, should ever be begged to play for Ghana. When you do that, you surrender management and administrative power to the players. Then you don't call the shots any more, and you lose discipline. GFA should make do with what they have. If anybody has to be begged and buttered up in order to play for the country, that person simply doesn't deserve to wear the national jersey. What happened to national pride and patriotism.
