Eg, Kwasi Appiah knew he was not in control of the team ( Heads of GFA were), but will never say anything till the players noticed it and the player started saying and acting negatively. A discipline professional will denounce certain behaviors from the GFA out right and once the contract is up, he/she will drop their tools and vacate the post. I was born and bred in the USA and the latter is how I think. I know that's not how Ghanaians think. That is the biggest problem in the country. So if we need to get to the world stage, we need to over look the local coaches at least for now until these attitudes I described change in Africa.

This is a race between pont and kluivert. I like kluivert simply becos. He has apprenticed under several reputable trainers as compared to pont who has only apprenticed under 1 coach.

Consider Marcel Desailly, he has won league titles,champions league and the World Cup, what at all is hindering him from this job moreover he is now residing in Ghana. He will pay tax and spend the money in Ghana.
