This was Ghana's best game thus far in the tournament. The coach used 2 strikers upfront, played the ball tbru the wingers,.simple movement of the ball in midfield. Why didn't he play 442 counter attack instead? Like unsaid earlier. We didn't lose bcos our players were no good. The tactical plan of the coach is what let us down.had coach Hayford utilized 2 strikers upfront in like he did in the final game. I'm confident Ghana would be moving on to the next rd.

Do not be puzzled. Canada beat Finland 3-2.In this case it was the goals against Ghana that caused our doom.

Canada beat Finland by a 3-2 margin;and even though I am very suspicious about the scoreline in the DPR game, this is something that Bashir Hayford ought to have had at the back of his mind, and communicated to his charges on the pitch! At these tournaments,a lot of hanky-panky goes on,and so our girls should have seized the numerous golden opportunities that cae their way, instead of some of the players trying to impress the spectators in the empty Moncton stadium. You all saw the shock on the faces of the players, when they finally realized that they had failed to advance to the quarter finals, inspite their impressive win over Finland team, which gave a good account of itself.
Guess what, the DPR technical staff is well aware of the potential threat of the Ghanaian side, and thus was not about to help it stay in the tournament,by beating team Canada.
Going forward, I believe our coaches,at all levels, need to impress on all our players to be more 'business-like',at all times on the field of play. They should also dampen
the overly selfish tendencies of players to showcase their individual skills/talents to the detriment of teamwork on the pitch. The fact of the matter is that the naturally gifted will always standout, if individual players do not try to overwork themselves! Better luck next time girls!!

They should have qualified but they played abysmally and conceded 3 whooping goals to nothing against South Korea and that caused our doom. That was too much goal margin. It didn't make sense to lose to the Koreans by such goal margin. However I salute all these young ladies for having fought gallantly. They played better than Blacks Stars and Ghana government should pay them their money. Up to date, they have not been paid anything. Why can't GFA pay them the little $3,000 they promised these ladies? Oh Ghana, what at all is wrong with our leaders? Our leaders are misbehaving as if they were not created by God. Sad.

Since 1982 (over 32-years) Black Stars has not won any cup and apart froM U-17 and U-20 who won some humble trophies, all our national teams have failed to produce anything memorable than pain cum dejection. Why do Ghanaians pay tax for these national teams but they fail to deliver? If I were President Mahama, I would have dissolved Black Stars, sack all their officials and restructure the whole team. Black Stars would soon rush to participate in CAN 2015 in Morocco and I can assure all of you that Black Stars are seriously tarnished, decided, and polarized thus they can't make any progress, next year. Once again, we shall go and spend the poor tax payer's money and return to Ghana empty handed. Ghana is not moving on well because of bad leaders and bad planners. Nothing good or cheering is coming to Ghana under this tribal and wicked thieves, NDC government. Did Mahama win the election at all? Only God knows.
