Even in the US, I can bet not many people have seen 100K, if I interpret your use of "see" as to have it in cash or at the bank. I think we all need to show a bit more respect to the ordinary/average Ghanaian.
With regard to comments about Jordan, I've read some critical comments, but I think it's mostly because people expected a bit more from him at the WC rather than an issue of hatred.
