In that, I could be one of the few in the game that can confidently boast, OOPS!, I mean, of trailing closely the achievements of CKG and SIR in the ABC series of Ghana football.(Lets call it "The Ohene Djan era"
"WHERE IS MY JONES", the football Director would more often that not confront the prevailing Blackstar coach to make sure his darling boy was in the line up.
Yes, to make short story further short, there is no gain saying CKG and SIR were pure students of the game. They learnt and played the game the hard way.
It would therefore be appropriate to say that, Ghana is blessed to have coveted these men into the fold, THEIR VOICES HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR OVER THE WAVES at the time when we are getting ready for Brazil.

Should I say I was shocked, or may be, surprise could be the right word to have strongly infuriated my nerves to get up from my sick-bed reading from these same men. When did these men become soothsayers? I hate to brand them as pastors or men of God, cuz such titles are SSI Self-Superimposed.
With their unqualified pedigree in their chosen field, couldn't they have called for a thorough preparation toward the WC but to 'request' for a divine intervention.
An intercessory prayer as a substitute for ideas, technical-know-how, hard work, dedication, management whatchugot?
Ever heard, football defies logic?
Where does luck and logic part ways, Or both ever got assembled by prayer?
Did they ever thought they could lean on prayer and despise adequate preparation toward any kind of project? None of the above work save to say you physically prepare, physically get tools ready and start to vigorously and laboriously dig it.
You would bear with me, that obviously, those who stamp their mark in this world are men and women who are motivated by the desire to aarchieve. Unless you want to taste the true riches of life, health, love freedom and prosperity- you will forever be among those have tried but remained by the shoreline mired in their failure. You must desperately want to succeed. You must be consumed with an encompassing burning desire to reach a definite objective. You must be observed with overwhelming urge to win.
