Atsu dazzled fans in his maiden appearance for Blackstars in one of our Afcon qualification matches in Kumasi and I thought we had another Polo but he has not been able to duplicate that performance and was a huge disappointm ...

  • Sammy the Sheriff 9 years ago

Yes, a lot depends on the Coach to bring the best out of his Players but the Player too has to do his part.

Where I think the Coach might be blamed is playing Atsu out of position or system used. Atsu does not play well in ...

All this big talk about Atsu is just a hype. They say he doing so great in Holland, but it's all hype. Fact is Atsu is not 22, probably 28-30 and he has peaked. The new generation Ghanaian players who could become our next bi ...

    ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!

YOU ARE CONVICTING HIM ON "PROBABLY" AND EXONERATING WARRIS AND ACCAM?
    WHY?

AFTER ALL, WERE THEY NOT ALSO BORN IN GHANA? ARE YOU 100% SURE OF THEIR AGES?

ON AGE, WE ALL KNOW JORDAN'S AND ANDRE'S.

You are right. The only Blackstars players with correct ages are the foreign born ones, eg, Dede, Jordan and Kwarasey, the rest are at least 5 years younger from their actual ages.

And you believe Warris is 22 and Accam is 23? Add at least 5 years each to their listed ages.

  • Sammy the Sheriff 9 years ago

You are a fool. Some players are used differently between club and national teams and anytime you put people out of their comfort zone, it is the leader or Coach who have to ginger them up with morale booster.
