With all the money we are spending on camping can anybody at the ministry of sports think about building a state of the art facility in Ghana to prep teams for tournaments? Maybe other brain dead officials on the continent could use the said facility so that we make some money on our investment!!!! Let's stop making other people rich!

This commonsense concept is known by them and should have been implemented long ago but our leaders always think somebody else's assets are better than ours, hence the inertia.
Other factors are greed (per diem, over-billing the state, and diversion of state funds into personal accounts), tourism (sightseeing) and philandering (sleeping with foreign girls for bragging purposes back home).
Retrogressive nation.
