If it really true that such test would be conducted then it is must be done seriously without favoritism. Else we the African participants will protest vehemently. It should be transparent for no one is above the law.

GFA should should also be doing it's own drug test to weed out any cheats if any. What we do not want is to have players who make the squad disqualified at the last moment. That would throw the team preparation and possibly strategy off balance. It would be a huge shame should such a thing happen as there are a number of players who can fill in for any drug cheat. The key is a team preparing together with no nasty surprises, and we do not want any nation heart ache at the last moment.
Leave FIFA to be biased if they want ...we need to guard our interest. They can target us as much as they like. Just remind the players what medicines they can take and what they cannot take - in fact in the lead up to the competition ideally no player should take ANY medicine without the knowledge of the medical team. And, definitely no drugs.
