others like andre, muntari, atsu, djan kwadwo are nearing there but each has at least one flaw to overcome before being ranked in the same class as kevin and essien. for example andre and djan have still not weaned themselves out of the self-first mentality. they are yet to be fully fledged team players. muntari's quickness in releasing long speculative passes, ehich he does not do at club level is very very worrying. kwadwo asamoah will need to take on more responsibilty on the field of play and be more unpredictable.

Appiah too is world class coach. You may need help in Brazil just as anyone else but not a technical director. A high profile coach may be part of your team but you maintain headship overall.
