They have football brains and can be employed as scouts, technical directors, coaches, etc. Give them the opportunity and they will shine.

Good suggestion, Kofi. I agree with you on the need to create opportunities for former Black Stars to put their talent to good use I see some of them becoming scouts - scouting South American soccer vs. European soccer.
