Ghana's football will finally be tested. All this noise making will have to stop. A dog thinks he's the bravest until he meets a lion. Ghana and Ivory Coast has their time but wasted everything, no trophies nothing, only noise making here and there as if your mouths will score the goals. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY GHANA WILL DOMINATE EGYPT TO QUALIFY, unless the gods of football speak in our favor (I don't see that happening). After the defeat by Egypt, that will begin the downfall of Ghana football. Just like Cameroon, it will probably be more than a decade before we pick up. That is what it seems to be.

I will advise you to go nigeria and become a nigerian and see if your life wil be better, modafaka. I suspect you are a nigerian, huh? the fact that we have not won an african title should not belittle what Ghana has achieved in football in recent times. For me, we have won the african title 4 times so I am not so keen about winning another afcon. I am more interested in Ghana doing well at the world cup, not some stupid cup of nation, which every african country is winning these days. Didn't we get to the quarter-final of the last world cup, the only african country to get out of the group stages? only three african countries have attained that feat, while more than 12 countries have won the african cup. so that should tell you Ghana is one of africa's top rated sides- like Cameroon and Egypt. stop talking crap, huh?

You see, this is exactly what I’m talking about – we seriously lack a sense of constructive criticism and get rather upset with it. Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfills the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things – Churchhill. I do not expect every Ghanaian to agree with my thoughts, but we can always disagree in a more respectful way and without tearing each other apart. Why are we trying to live on past glories? “We got to the quarter finals of the last world cup” and so what? Put that shit behind, how are we doing today? What are our chances of qualifying again, talk less reaching the quarter finals? Why are we not able to take an African title again? Why is there so much politics in the game today? Etc etc. Those are questions we need to be searching for answers, instead of consoling ourselves with the fact that we are one of Africa’s best. Granted, when is the last time we won the African Nations Cup? 1982 correct? That is more than 30 years ago. Chances are you were not even existing at the time, even in the form of an idea. Why must we continually blow trumpets all over the place for achievements whose confirmations are long overdue? Crab!

Are you a human being at all, mister Blessed. You definitely have no ambition. So winning Afcon is cheap, yet we have not won it in 31 years and have only been to the world cup twice. The way we brag about getting to the last 8 of the world cup! Did we win any trophyby getting to the quarter final. Why this noise. Cameroun and Senegal did it before us and they dont make too much noise. There is so much arrogance in your comments and it is this arrogance that may deny us a slot at the next world cup. So you are content with winning no trophy and getting to the quarter final? Have you seen what has happened to those who got to the quarter final before us, Senegal and Cameroun? Since 1957, we have only been to the world cup twice and we think we are the best in Africa? Wait until are taught a bitter lesson by Egypt. Did you watch our match against the zambians and how we struggled? Please spear us this unfounded arrogance and let us pray we qualify. Every African nation is winning afcon these days yet Ghana hosted it and didnt win. What a show of arrogance. Please show me the cup we won by getting to the quarter final?

Every Ghanaian's dreaming of victory for Black Stars to go WC-2014 for the third time. And as the debate goes on as to recent performances esp. against Zambia and Japan, it is hoped that the GFA and our national team coaches would rise up to the occasion to plan for victory.
As I've always pointed out, Ghana cannot afford to lose this final game only for our handlers to find excuses. When Ghana lost 3-1 to Japan the saying was that our boy lost concentration and that they played a good game. There's a new science in the game of football and it's important for our coaches to catch up. We have the talents but lack cohesive play; we cannot string our passes together, let alone initiate any goal-scoring onslaughts. We have lots to do about our style of play. We won't reach anywhere in the WC tournament with this kind of play even if we beat Egypt. It's a fact!
The Zambians have done well to master the art of possessive football; they weren't lucky to have beaten us in the last game. They totally exposed the weaknesses in our team and so if Coach Kwasi Appiah and FA's boss Mr. Nyantakyi think that's the way to go, so be it! We can only make our contributions towards having us make efforts to transform our team.

And what do you mean by the Zambians weren't "lucky"? If we are playing that bad like you are saying, why didn't the Zambians win? Were you expecting us to outplay them and outscore them? If you watch European and South American games, it is on rare occasions that the team that outplays wins the day.
