Ideally, the verdict could have been announced later just because we want the whole country to be united in support of the Black Stars. It would have been extremely helpful if politics which tend to divide Ghanaians is put aside in the run up to such a crucial match. However as far as violence is concerned I believe Ghanaians have the pedigree to show not only to the Zambians that we are a peaceful and matured people but to the rest of Africa and the world as well. The Zambians can run or play all sorts of games. But they cannot hide or avoid the drubbing which waits them at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on September 6.
