Look, GFA and the technical team need to do better than that. Steve Appia, Michael Essien Ali Muntari, The Ayews and Kevin P. Boateng have their rights and needs to speak out to impose matters to an end. I have said it and will continue to say it again and again.
It is the right for GFA to make impossible to become possible, how ever, apart from the letters I think it will be proper and the most serious move to sit these mentioned names down to ask their feelings, let them speak out and will be good for the entire team for better and for strength. Nevertheless, what they are dong to our national coach, I bet you my life that they wouldn't dare do such a thing to even their club's assistant coach. So the question here is why is this being allowed? Are they being pampered more than necessary? What is the problem that can't be solved? A whole president of our country got involved in this case but still not resolved. These young men claiming the management of GFA has done something, however, were not able to bring the case out. Therefore, what in the world do they want?
Yes, we need all the players to assemble for the upcoming matches; however, if they are not ready at the moment like Essien is portraying, they should be left out for us to move forward. When they are ready with their letters, invite them if need to. Moreover, with the players at our disposal, Andrea can make it into the first XI. The same statement can't be said when Jordan's name is mentioned.
Jordan Ayew will have to fight to be included in the squad's bench, not even the regular line up. That is just the truth for the fact that the team can't invite even 5 strikers in a single invitation. The maximum the team will need is 4 strikers for the 23 man squad according to the formations we play. Unless we introduce 4-3-3 formation, there is no way we will need 6 strikers. At the moment, we have

I wanted a Ghanian coach and every body's choice would have been Abedi, but his hands are full. Kwasi Appiah was the captain for the Black Stars with Abedi on the team. He also captained Kotoko and was assistant coach for the Black Stars, so he has playing and coaching experience. Please respect him because we are proud one of our own is in charge of the team. He will be very successful if the players unite behind him and help him where he falls short because he is not perfect. Appiah on the other hand must be humble and listen to his players no matter what the age is. It has to be Ghana first.

I think this bureaucracy/red tape business may cost. We need them, they have said they are available, whats the need for a letter?
I think Appiah is still using them to settle a score with Abedi Pele, which is not right. Think about what is best for the country at this crucial team and do the right thing, Coach Appiah and GFA.

To do away with corruption in GFA for that matter, it takes players like the Ayew brothers who are bold to come out with issues that hinder their national contribution in the Back Stars. For the same people( Ghanaians) to turn around and support the idea of these players to write a letter to the GFA, rescinding their decision to play for the team to me is absolutely nonsense because the question is ; those issues that they claimed they had with the management members are those issues resolved?? If not, what measures did the FA take to resolve those that they are expecting them to write a letter to them? You see, this type of double-standard in the way we as people handle issues is wrong. There is the need to look into their complain to see as to whether it was just a fallacy or baseless complains and to render any punishment to them if that is required.
