i believe the heading of this article is childish. what the GFA is saying is that if the trio communicate their intention to play for the blackstars, then that will be the first signal to be considered for a call up. i think the road has come to an end for the trio & they should accept that. we don't want any selfish play in the senior national team. oubameyang of gabon was persued and bought by borrusia dortmund. none of our players as as hot as that so no player can be given preferential treatment.

I don't have any prescription for their punishment, but I think it should serious enough to deter any foolish, stupid, and reckless decision making in the future. These guys at the FA and their stooge(KA) will never be forgiven if they leave out some of the best skills and talents available to the Black Stars right now and as a consequence the Zambians emerge victorious. The Ayews as well as Sulley should be given a fair chance to justify their inclusion based on their fitness, performance and willingness rather than someone's personal parochial feelings about the past. Ghana needs to win or lose that match with its best warriors on the field of play. There will be plenty of time to sort the other issues out. In any case why are we hearing about this now? Why haven't the FA demanded the said letters from these players if they (FA) deemed those letters so important to be a major stumbling block in their selection and participation. We are watching.

There has been sabre rattling and psychological warfare by the Copper Bullets ( Chipolopolo ). They openly taunted our famous Black Stars, calling them dancers, azontomen, and pretenders.
The Zambians has defeated the Black Stars twice in the past and are extremely confident they will do it again? On one occassion, when Zambia beat Ghana, the Serbian coach for the Black Stars blamed defeat on internal witchcraft , voodoo and black magic perpetrated by Black Star players against each other. Waaoooh. This is something. Was he referring to breakdown in team chemistry. Surely. Lack of team chemistry and harmony with the coaching staff is responsible for the destruction of mighty teams in the past, present and future. Beware of the Zambians. They are training very hard and they will play to the death for the Serbian who is also in a do or die situation. They have their full squad training in the rain, in the sun and around the clock. What have they got? They have Alex Ngonga and Kabaso Chongo who are free kick experts . They have Danny Munyau a good goalkeeper.
Now the state of affairs of the famous Black Stars is quite uncertain. At one point Coach Appiah sounded like all stars are welcome, but there is a storm still brewing in the camp of the Black Stars . This is not a good omen. No one can interfere with GFA or the coach or FIFA will sanction the Black Stars and the road to Brazil will be closed. Discipline and harmony between Sulley, the Sons of Abedi is elusive and a wild goose chase. This means that the Black Stars will play without the sons of Abedi , Kevin Boateng and Sulley Muntari. We have to handcraft and consolidate a winning team without these warriors. It is possible to win without them. We get the rest of the loyal and disciplined troops ready and forget about the 'foreign fighters'. We wage war with the weapons we have. It takes a great and bold coach to do do all these things.
One posibility is to let coach Sellas and coach Appiah work together on the Black Stars. What will they do? One scenario is to use the U20 squad and add Kwadzo Asamoah and Wakaso to play the roles similar to those of Cafu and Roberto Carlos of Brazil. Then the goalkeeper will be replaced by Fatau Dauda. Then Atsu will join the midfield . Three other loyal Black Stars will boost the midfield preserving Sellas attacking soccer philosophy.
Ghana Black Stars must win or many Ghanaians will be crestfallen. Forward Ever. Backward Never.

In any case, I think coach Appiah has every right to expect discipline from his players. A coach is like a teacher: if he/she doesn't exact discipline, there'll be anarchy & chaos on the team. Win or loose, a coach should demand certain behaviour standards from his/her players: and that's exactly what Coach Appiah is doing. This action from the coach, I think, could help garner more confidence in the coach & help the team to win many matches for Ghana.
