If a Hispanic layer can be offered $100M contract and the Africans are on equal par, what is stopping them from getting paid? Change the mentality and you will be paid what you are worth not what you accept because you look at what you are coming from. Look at where you are going and base your contract acceptance off that. SMH. A lot of these guys come from abject poverty so when they are offered peanuts they jump and accept the offer then when their eyes are opened as to what they should have been making they start with the noise. Do your research prior to accepting contracts. That means, the clubs' history of dealing with players contracts especially 'BLACK" players.
