Their shadow boxing is only out of fear. They are scared of the record of the Black Stars so far, whipping the Sudanese 7 goals and conceding only one, a team that gifted them three points and nearly came from behind to beat them. All their officials and the players know the anger and seriousness the Black Stars are going to approach this September match. Trust me, when the goals start flowing, their centre cannot hold.

At least, he has let us know that he and his teammates will not come to Ghana to joke. They are coming to fight and it is better you become aware of your enemy before he sneaks on you.

Even if they couldn't beat Sudan, at least we know, that was not their aim. Their goal is to stop the Black Stars in reaching higher. As far as they are concern, once they are in a competition with us, they want to do everything to stop us. To me, it is a good sign for us. Like our elderly fathers say, "If an animal is not in a frame of mind to destroy you, it wouldn't demonstrate its aggressiveness toward you." Zambia definitely has acted so and we have to be very careful. Zambia wants to inflict pain on us, it is our responsibility to return the favor.

The bible didn't say we shouldn't be aware of our enemies when it says we should pray for them. It also didn't say the weapon will not form. It says it will form and it will form against us; however, the prophetic word there is, "it will never prevail". Finally, look at it these way, there will be no success if there are no opponents.

watch the zambian play carefully. they are a very cohesive team with players not really flamboyant but very skill with considerable ingenuity. they dont give stray passes, like agyemang badu will be doing in midfield, they don't give unnecessary long passes typical of muntari, they dont find it difficult to turn, and when controlling the ball, it does not bounce away from them. when they are on the counter, they are very quick & forward moving. apart from that they have a coach who knows the weaknesses of some of the ghanaian players, and the weaknesses of ghana play.
it does not mean we cannot beat them. we can beat them if we approach the game as a cohesive unit, midfield work in unision to create goal scoring opportunities and asamoah djan play as a team player not as a selfish player.
