Go to the ministries, or any government office in the country; everything is snail-slow and no one seems to treat any business as urgent until the 11th hour. That is business as usual in Ghana. This lazy habit is so rooted in us to the point that most Ghanaian accept it as the norm and whoever is against it is rather abnormal (like me). Well, unless you have some heart attack pills on you, don't expect our team to progress after such mediocre preparation and performance.
