We need to use some friendly matches to test centers like Tamale and Essipong. If we find any to be a burial ground, we should take countries like Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Cameroon, and Morocco there, otherwise they will keep thinking we are their co-equals.

Egypt picked up their first win of the FIFA U-20 World Cup, courtesy of goals from Trezeguet and Ahmed Hassan, but the 2-0 scoreline sees both them and England exit Turkey 2013.
England dominated for large quantities of the game, but were punished for spurning numerous chances to guarantee a place in the knockout stages.
Harry Kane went close to opening the scoring inside the first minute, rising high to head just wide. It was a sign of how the early stages would play out as, despite Egypt looking the more comfortable in possession, England carved the better opportunities.
Larnell Cole and Conor Coady both had tested Awad Mossad before the Young Pharaohs keeper pulled off a stunning stop to keep the score level. A fine cross from John Stones found Ross Barkley at the back post, but his left-footed volley was tipped around the post superbly.
Kane had a further two chances, dragging a shot wide after good work from Cole before miscuing a header as England squandered their dominance in the first-half. The patter n continued into the second period too, with Cole doing well to beat Mohamed Samir, only to fire tamely at Mossad. Barkley's shot from the resulting corner was anything but tame, however it arrowed narrowly over.
Egypt had failed to draw a meaningful from Samuel Johnstone by the hour mark, but they continued to look the most commanding in possession as England relied more on striking on the break.
The Three Lions went their closest yet after quick feet from Alex Pritchard drew a foul from Ramy Rabia on the edge of the Egypt area. Eric Dier took the resulting free-kick, but his effort crashed off the face of the bar.
Time was ticking down, a burst forward from Refat Ahmed saw the African champions burst to life, as Thomas Thorpe blocked his shot. However, after England had threatened for so long, they were made to pay for their missed opportunities. Great skill from Trezeguet saw him beat Coady on the the left corner of England's area, before curling sublimely beyond Johnstone.
Kane ten summed up England's night as he directed a free header at Mossad with six minutes to go, before skewing the rebound wide with the goal gaping. Egypt then rounded off their night in the final minute as a counter-attack left Ahmed Hassan to roll the ball into the corner to cap off the victory
The result sees Egypt leapfrog England into third, but Ghana's superior number of goals scored means it is not enough to reach the last 16.

And I believe their confidence in their abilities is sky rocketing right now following the impressive display against the US. But they have to improve MASSIVELY indeed on their performance especially the defence and the full backs in particular. I think Borbor must find a formula for having the wings help the full backs. They are our Achilles Heels and teams having been exploiting that to their advantage. The captain must also show leadership by keeping the defence alert all the time. If that is done I believe Richmond Boakye Yiadom, Frank Acheampong, Ebenezer Assiful and the others will continue to prove lethal - as they did against the Americans - and deliver the goals to shock Portugal and other favourites in the tournament. We pray the Almighty guide them in that respect.

And I think the Lord Almighty listened to our supplications. Having lost your first 2 matches and with a 3-0 aggregate deficit and to qualify nonetheless, is miraculous in my opinion. Even more so if you consider we had to wait for 48 hours whilst other teams had the advantage of knowing what to do to overtake the Satellites. Once again we give thanks to God. Hope it doesn't beat you my brother.

Like you said, we waited for 48 hours for this result. During this 48 hour wait, Korea Rebuplic in Group "B" already took the first slot and so left with 3.
In Group "C" El Salvador which already had 3 points needed only a draw in the last match to claim one of the third spots. Guess what, they couldn't get that single point to move forward. Therefore only two nations came to the second round with El Salvador dropping behind us.
Group "D" all we needed was for Mexico to beat Mali less than 3 goals for us to keep dreaming. Instead, Mexico beat Mali 4-1 and our hopes dropped. With that result, Mexico rather overtook and obtained one of the spots we were praying to take.
After that, only two spots left whilst 2 groups, "E" & "F" were still in preparation to take part in this same two spots left.
Instead of Group "E" to play first for us to know our stand, Group "F" played. In this group too our hope was for Uruguay to to be defeated by Uzbekistan so that we could move ahead of them to take one of the spots. Unfortunately, Uruguay beat Uzbekistan 4-0.
This left us with only a single spot which even that position was already taken by the Three Young Lions. In Group "E", England needed a win to take over. Guess what, Egypt didn't allow that to happen.
Here is the miraculous part of the whole situation. Not only England or Ghana wanted this single spot left, Egypt wanted it too. All Egypt needed was a 3 goal margin to take this slot but it came a goal short.
What do you call that, Godfather? If it wasn't God, who else could have orchestrated such a miraculous event? If you don't believe it was God, that is okay. Some of us do believe it was no one but the Almighty Orchestrator who interceded in our behalf.
