You cannot continuously compare Ghanaian teams to the English ones who had this restructuring going on in Kotoko happen 50 years ago.
It was a phase. You have to accept that it has happened already and support the club management now.
I think things are going to get better so just keep on supporting and less criticism. To be honest none of all this is really seen or heard by management so maybe find another medium to get your views heard.
