I have seen the Japanese, Chinese, Italians Indians etc write and speak very horrible English but they are more respected than our so called professors who use bigger words than the English men themselves. I think we got it all wrong, let us be who we are and stop copying from others blindly. I think it is rather disgraceful and in fact shameful when some Ghanians attempt to speak our mother tongue and can't complete a sentence without borrowing a word or two from English. What is wrong with you my people, wake up and be who you are, that is how to get respect and that is what leads to progress.

What is there in the scope of coaching that can make a coach misunderstood? Mourinho could be passed for a good coach but his problem is the melodrama he has added to the coaching profession.The coaches who won champion's league and Europa league for Chelsea did have the excellent team Mourinho had but they maintain focus by being humble and sober.
Mourinho's return to Chelsea will not be in the interest of Chelsea. Soccer is a game whose glory lies in not only a good coach but more importantly in very good players. Mourinho had Chelsea's best teams but could not win champion's league because of his melodrama. Now that Chelsea is depleted of very good players and they are rebuilding it is difficult to imagine what Mourinho can achieve with them. The coach that Chelsea needs now is a humble and sober coach not noisy, high-flying, unfocused Mourinho.
