I was expecting to hear some few lines of french, swahili or Afrkaan language just like Shakira did for the 2010 W/C. Having said that, it's a real nice song. Very good instrumentations that involves almost every African drum pattern. Very good mix and a very good mastering job. A very good one there.

This is a lovely music masterpiece for AFCON with an awesome title, “Our Passion Powers Africa”. POW, I agree with you 100% on your expectation of hearing some few lines in French, Swahili or Afrikaan in addition to the English language, but there's no question that it's still a blast signature tune with incredible instrumentation that involves African rhythm and drumming. This is a great move for CAF to showcase to the other Continental Soccer Confederations like UEFA, CONCACAF, etc. that it has its own signature tune for AFCON. Bravo Don Jazzy! Bravo Samsung!! Bravo CAF!!!

It's absolutely a very good song. At the begining I felt he was going the Salif Keita's way of instrumentation then moved into another sector. What kills me is that, it's a song for both the young and old. Everybody has a part in it, making it a master piece. Matter of fact, I hear every african beat I know in this music and that makes it unique. I'll recommend, if Don Jazzy can do other Afican language versions for sale, he should do it b'4 the tournament starts though.
