While It is laudable that FIFA is outlawing players covering their mouths when talking, the new rregulation shouldn't be named after Prestianni, who actually is abuser of what the rule is seeking to prevent. Why give him that notoriety? Secondly, I think FIFA is prematurely trying to ban something players have used with good intentions to prevent their opponents from listening in to information a player is trying to pass around to a teammate.
