Obviously the picture taken of the truck in the middle of the railway couldn't have been the aftermath of the crash because it doesn't look like an accident scene. My question is where and when did they get the picture of the truck parked in the middle of the railway and why was nothing done about it before testing the train? My theory is there was a problem with either the new train or the railway because due diligence was not done and now they are making excuses with this doctored picture of the truck to apportion blame elsewhere.

Modern train cameras can see and sense objects from half a mile ahead so why wasn't this accident avoided if the train indeed took those pictures of the truck like you are saying? Why not blame the Railway Authorities. They should have provided a level crossing with a guard. The vehicles I believe cross over there a long time ago.
There was no crossing there as the driver was making an illegal crossing, They do that in villages all the time as the trains are not operating yet.
