Grant wants pre-AFCON 2015 camp in Spain

Footy-ghana.com can confirm that new Black Stars head coach Avram Grant would prefer to hold a pre-2015 African Nations Cup camp for the team in Spain.

According to our sources, Grant wants to work with the players in the European country before leaving with the team for Equatorial Guinea.

Footy-ghana.com however understands that the Ghana Football Association, which wants to team to camp in Abu Dhabi, might decline Grant’s wish.

Footy-ghana.com also understands that assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has flown to Germany to meet up with Grant and discuss plans ahead of the 2015 African Nations Cup and would return to Ghana next week.
