We must know by now generally as individuals and as a nation that prayers do not work. It is our overly reliance on prayers that has thwarted our development. Singapore and others are not products of prayers but critical thinking and hard work. We are always looking for miracles but miracles, it is said are stories and we should takem for what they are. Pragmaticism is the key to development as shown in the case of Singarpore when prostituion is legalised and huge tax is iearned by the state which is used for development.
