First, they asked you to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the criminal is guilty. In this modern Ghana is it possible? Lawyers, court clerks, judges, Supreme Court judges, police etc...are all collecting yam, chicken, goat, sheep, cows, dawadawa etc...If you are a plaintiff in debt, where will you get all these to give them? Secondly, you will be cross examined by idiots like jealousy vigilante Martin Amidu asking unintelligent questions. You ignored the evidence, you just said it yourself that they resubmitted themselves to the state and accepted their guilt, even if assaulting or threatening a court judge lacks enough evidence to be prosecuted what of the obstruction of justice, unlawful freeing of persons under arrest among others. Please if you want to play the deception game with our justice system, what alternative avenues of redress do you think Ghanaians will institute for politically inclined crimes? Let's not forget that some of us are still objective in judgement and have seen how common crimes are handled compared to politically branded ones.

How are these so called Lawyers trained in Ghana when elsewhere in the Civilised world Lawyers of whatever political leanings will be sticking their necks out for the defence of such ignorant individuals in such hot waters, even if their ill informed actions were deliberate or otherwise. Some people stormed a law court premises to free criminals waiting for judgement free to escape. If the people arrested are not the culprits and have been discharged for lack of evidence, where then are the offenders who stormed the court premises, and what are the police doing to arrest them? Because of partisan party politics Ghanaians cannot come together and condemn any wrong doings against citizens who offend the state. Do we hold allegiance to our political parties or mother Ghana?
