    Grant the people bail at the next adjourned date. Speed up the trial. If they are guilty, jail them. They must be jailed but take them through the process

    The police would need a scoring system like a flow chart to assess risk re danger to judges and the public. Its simple tool to use and they need to device a system themselves.
