There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

There is little effort to document what is left and the worse is how we look down on our own. We brand our cultural practises as demonic but praise and worship others. We are yet to wake up from slumber. This situation cut across all aspects of our life… sports, food, religion, and the list goes on. There is hope; the music/ sector is staying focused on indigenous style

Do I need to lecture you now, at this age??? I will keep it simple..............please read your history starting from the Biblical times, through to ancient Egypt (A Black Man's LAND) till present day.
Let me give you a small insight to aid your research. Did you know that
the Greek philosophers Thales, Pythagoras, Democritus, and Plato studied with Egyptian masters and that Aristotle accompanied Alexander the Great to Alexandria in 333 B.C., looted the great library there, using the collection as the foundation of his entire system of philosophy and science. All of this is seen not as cultural influence but as the theft of a “stolen legacy” whose traces have been carefully obliterated by subsequent generations of white Europeans.
And that did not end there, colonization also made sure it rid and see all Black man's history in pictures, artefacts and writings in order not to be traced by the present generations. Some are being exhibited in the museums of the UK which I believe you haven't had the opportunity to pay to see and to realize what you had.
Even to the extent of chopping off an Nzima chief's head - Badu Bonsu II, leader of the Ahanta group, to the Dutch land in the 1830's. Please ask yourself why that was?
Mr. Tetteh, I don't blame you but, the colonialists education system that was put in place, of which you were subjected to does not allow you any room for analytical thinking and stops you from researching far enough and limits you. Hence, your infantile statements of the Black man (THE SALT OF THE EARTH). Please think deeply about it.
I will leave you with this other distortion you have bought into, but will leave it for another debate.....THE WHITEMAN NEVER BROUGHT US CHRISTIANITY, WE KNEW ABOUT CHRISTIANITY WAY BEFORE THEM....Please go research properly!
