Prof Puni noted that “anytime there is change in government they [government] want to change the MD of public entities they have majority shares and it is worrying government companies.
If they have majority shares and the President acting in the capacity of the shareholders of which they hold the majority shares are saying, the former MD should go, what right does the Board Chairman have to dispute who the majority shareholder has delegated to manage his company?
Osei Prempeh Esq. should dissolve that bogus Asumaning-led Board Chariman so Ghana can move on from these square-pegs in round holes.
What does this Prof. Puni mean by when a new gov't comes in they want to change the MD's of Public companies/entities? What sort of useless question is that?
Get rid of the Asumaning, Akorli, Zaato, etc, etc Board immediately. Get rid of them.
