Osafo Marfo should give room to Ken the finance minister to perform. I think he is usurping the finance minster's role.
His recent announcement of the IMF endorsing the 1 district 1 factory initiative should not be his announcement and it woefully compounds his other faux pas of the Heritage Fund to finance the free SHS initiative. It was quite embarrassing to the govt and the NPP and it unwittingly gave political red meat to the clueless and incompetent opposition who are baying for blood like crazy hounds

Hmmm IMF it self is corrupt because if they say large expenditure overrun increased to 74% to the nation's GDP in 2016 which we all know that government actually stoled 74% of that money and it happen in 2014,2015, and they still went ahead and gave that same government money so they can find a way to oppress and manipulate the next government. One district one factory can be visible if stolen monies from previous government can be retrieved if fact billions of dollars is missing or can't really be accountable, if 1 district can have at least 5 million dollars for a factory set up expercially in the Northen part of the country such as beef, leather and shoe factory, Shea butter and animal farming am sure this will reduce the poverty rate, Nana Addo actually meant cutting down poverty but some fools who don't really understand the tongue of a language will always dispute the faith and the persistent desire of making a dream come true. Manama who actually comes from the North never had this Vision in fact his mind was very poor and never had any rich dream for his own people he rather allocated soo much monies for tree planting and animal farming and took the money out of the economy and bought hotels for his family and friends such is a poor man without any rich mind set of helping his own brothers and future kids in his own land, indeed this is a big shame to Manama administration and the IMF it self. Ghana need all those monies to sustain livelihood in the poor remote areas in the country including that poor man's home town

They used the '1 district 1 factory' plan as a basis for negotiations to extend our payment period which means less money is paid within the short term. This leaves money readily available for '1 district 1 factory' i.e fiscal space.
