....INSTEAD of this outmoded pastoral or free range cattle herding! Why do we still persist in allowing goats, sheep, chickens and cattle roam around in our towns, villages and even cities in this 21st century? It is the same unruly mind set which thinks it's okay for our traders or hawkers to roam around our settlements and along our roads and highways instead rearing livestock on farms/ranches or trading in shops and markets! We're are just too lazy and indesciplined to do things in more organised fashion. It's now or never to start learning to do the right things in the right manner.
