Did such cars and buses create jobs?Somebody decide to buy 22 buses,cars,and other individual machines to people saying he is creating jobs.The folks say they need factory that will process their citrus fruits into juice to create jobs for farmers and the unemployed this useless man rather bought buses and cars that will not even last 4years.Folks how many years did yusong buses last?Folks let see how many years will the buses last.This is the most stupid thing that somebody say he is creating jobs.

I am totally disappointed hearing a leader setting a target for accident deaths. You people need to be fired. You cannot do the job. Some simple problems that are the major causes of accidents in this country are...

I am totally disappointed hearing a leader setting a target for accident deaths. You people need to be fired. You cannot do the job. Some simple problems that are the major causes of accidents in this country are...
1. Bribery and c0rruption
2. Indiscipline on our roads.Which include the following
a. alcoholics
b. some commercial drivers play very loud music using outdoor speakers inside their vehicles and it has become a phenomena in Ghana cities especially in Accra. They will not concentrate on safety driving rather music, phone call, and they will not respect anything a passenger will say.
c. They rush to make force money making unnecessary Overtaking and not checking the conditions of their vehicles.
d. Wrong packing and loading even in recent kwame Nkrumah interchange, drivers have started misbehaving there.
3. Some cars need to be scrap off the road. Too old for long journey but drivers will bribe and set off.
4. Another major problem I have which will not go for drivers but to the responsible so called Road Safety Commissions and others. In Accra for example 95 percent of pavements have been converted to commercial purposes. The NRCS cannot tell they do not see it. It has now become the Ghanaian culture that even if individuals fenced their houses, they used the road pavement area for their flowers and plants. Individuals will now have to compete with cars in the cities for road. A WALK ON THE ROAD IS THE HALLMARK in the cities. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY. This is common sense Ghana. The life of everyone is important and your target 1440 must rather be zero. You have FAILED. We need to clear the rubbish containers and other road side activities to safeguard the life of all.

This is better than South Africa where by from Dec 1 and to 31st about 1920 people perished through road accident. Severe punishment should be meted out to those drivers.
