I would advise president Akuffo Addo to consider Mr Safo Marfo for the position of 'Monitoring & Evaluation' as Mr Safo is a senior minister .In.my view, this will make supervision and monitoring much more effective to achieve the desired results.
This is going to be ' police and audit ministry ' and so needs to be headed by some of a more senior ministerial position and confident to challenge other ministers.
Mr Marfo ,in my view,is the right candidate to.head that ministry otherwise it was going to be ineffective in delivery and a liability on the state.
Mr Safo being as a senior minister could monthly have supervision with junior ministers as part of the monitoring and supervision.
It is only a more senior minister who can command more respect from his other colleagues and can effectively do the job of that ministry.
Mr Safo is the third in the hierarchy of the executive and best placed to do that job.
