How are they going to select English and Mathematic teachers when in the primary schools every teacher is supposed to teach all the subjects,are we going to recruit specialists to teach in the primary schools,how can you qualify as a teacher but be weak in the subjects you are trained to teach,is it not his college that is responsible for the final exams of these teachers?
Next time Mr doctor,do your home work well before going to deliver your message,you could have talked about something better than this display of ignorance.

don't blame headmasters, blame those ur so called curriculum planners, and the people responsible for posting teachers at the various districts, municipalities and the metropolis before descending to the headteachers. How can a science teacher be posted to the lower primary to teach Ghanaian Language,when s/he doesn't have control over the subject. No doubt the the difference between Africa and elsewhere is that Africa uses 'manpower' and they use "mindpower"
