It seems to me the Measure completely lacks appreciation of the REAL ISSUES at PLAY. This Measure is way excessive and Impracticable.
How do you do this with any Measure of Success less than 30 Days to the Election. People are going to campaign. No amount of Security or Police Powers will stop ALL campaigning?
The issue to consider is what happens to people who violate this Measure.
There are a few things we must know:
What constitutes a Violation and how many people must be involved in the campaigning to be a violation. We can go on and on BUT it will become a Political Tool. It is DANGEROUS, Folks
