What did the NPP do to curtail the serial killing just after the swearing in of President Kufour in 2001? What did Nana Akufo Addo did particularly to end up the killings as he promised during is campaigns in 2000? The Patrol police must be vigilant now; they should stop concentrating on car documents and search thoroughly cars and trucks as they ply the roads.
