    And what happened to the guards.. the family must sue the prison services. the police dont allow people to sit on KIA trucks.. the prison officers simply put their lives at risk.

    It was an accident. I think Ghanaweb used the word 'killed' because the prisoners shouldn't have been in that truck for the first place. Therefore who ever put them there could be the 'killer'

    Where are the family members? Immediately they have to see a lawyer and sue Ghana Prisons Service for compensation. No delay!!!!

    Officer,why can't the families sue the government? If a a person is incarcerated it doesn't me they don't have rights even though they are limited.

    The family of these prisoners should sue the prison service. Although they are prisoners but they have right. Ghana is a member of Hague convention on human right and this shouldn't happen.

    Ghanaians are villagers too much... in this modern world, we still carry human beings in 'buckets' of trucks especially prisoners? Foolish leaders!!!
