What we don't know is whether the constitution calls for the president to do the swearing-in by himself or the ceremony is performed by the chief justice for example.

Any other person in the presidency they will insult, call all kinds of names, and let you know that they will never allow anyone out side their tribe to be their president, especially if they happen to see you as a "pepeni", a derogatory term that they use for we northerners.
