The IGP does not understand what he is saying. Ghana does not have the capability to block any internet traffic. We will go round any firewall rules that are setup. Even China has difficulty in this respect. You can’t even control teleporting so what makes you think you can block traffic from social media platforms. I think the NPP has to demand all codes written for the electoral commission because these guys are not going to play fair and the have stupid professionals prepare to condone that.
