This is very worrying.
There are more cars in many countries but they have fewer accident rates. How come? The poor boy's life has been cut short because someone has broken the law somewhere along the line. It could be the result of poor driver training, a car not being road worthy, drunkenness, a potholed road, driving without due care and attention, and many more.
Just like the "crashed" instead of "crushed" in the headline, everything we do is half-baked.
Drivers buy licenses, reporters cannot spell and have poor grammar, politicians are dishonest, judges are corrupt, and so on and so on.
The most annoying part is that we tend to justify some of these inefficiencies: so the Indece Day fiasco is excused; the female jacket fiasco is excused; the dumsor horror is excused; and I believe whatever caused the death of this poor boy would be excused too.
No wonder we are in a sorry state.

Any parent in ghana shd learn from this experience and take their chn to school before work.what will a ten yr old know about traffic let alone a four yr old.?mothers pls lets be responsible kakra na awuo ye ya.
