This is a pedestrian overpass which I suspect strongly was knocked by an overloaded payloader probably carrying a huge construction equipment or metal container higher than the permissible height. Another knock might collapse ... read full comment

Where are the engineers and architects who built this thing ? ! The bridge has cracked in several places because no expansion gaps where provided !! Wicked people
