Earlier this year, the chief of Adeiso, warned the people of his town not to rent their houses to Fulanis or whatever and did we hear any complain from that area? Also, when the Fulanis went to some area in the North, what happened? They were chased by the people and their houses etc were burnt down. The chief and his people took matters and what happened?
That is why the chief of Agogo is being blamed because he had compromised his position while his people are being terrorized by these anti-social elements.
Trust me, let Akuoko Sarpong issued a warning to the Fulanis to leave the area and they will not hesitate. As long as the chief seems unconcerned for whatever reasons, the Fulanis feel being protected and will never waver doing what they are doing.

If they are smart, they will find a way to destool their traditional chief. He is the main problem to the Fulani saga. He doesn't gather, he scatters. Secondly, they have to organize themselves into citizen neighborhood Watch Groups. One group on duty patrolling the farms each day. Thirdly, they should arm themselves. Talk is good but when you are facing an enemy who is armed and as dangerous as the Fulanis, you should find a way to arm yourself. Obviously, arming one's self is not against the laws of the land since the Fulanis are armed and live in the same country. To be for-warned is to be for-armed. These are people who don't understand dialogue. They should confront the Fulanis physically. The Agogos advantage should be in their numbers. Do not confront the Fulani's when you are outnumbered, they are killers. At this point, I will assume that the Gov't is incapable of helping the people of Agogo. Their tribal backgrounds alone (Ashantis and Akyems), preclude them from any help from the gov't. How can citizens of a sovereign state face an attack internally from foreigners within their own country with rampant rapes and killings, and the gov't of the day refuse to act in anyway? It totally beats my imagination. If Ghana can not withstand a ragtag band of Fulani herdsmen and hooligans, what business do they have accepting 2 Guantanamo detainees into Ghana. How can Ghana stand an external attack from say, Al-Kaeda or Boko Haran. Guys, you need to act, and be smart.
