Now, even if the case law quoted is a binding precedent, you know, as much as I do, that it could be "distinguished" in more ways than one should the evidence put before the court present materially different facts.
Nothing is set in stone my dear as you may know.

Our lawyer are even attempting to ignore the existence of CCTC. It made to look that a person subverting the sovereign right of the people of this country can not be caught on a closed circuit camera.
