There can't be progress without justice for all. What is likely to happen in this case is that a big king in the area would intervene on the "big men's" behalf and the victim will not get justice.

I was too scared to tell anybody.
Many girls like me are raped but only the brave are able to report.
The sigma that comes with it, people saying you asked for it, calling you names etc deters people from reporting.

It's high time this stigma is removed and teachers dealt with for this foolishness.
The victims should not be allowed to suffer the humiliation after reporting. I know two other girls my mates who were raped by teachers but couldn't report it.

The teacher went on to have a child with a student. Nothing was done to him, he still teaches.
