You're laying such an evxpensive fibre optic network, and gives the contract to Indian criminals. This is what you get.
No wonder GHANA HAS MASSIVE GOLD deposits, yet Ghana continue to be bankrupt.
These INDIANS are doing this job to last for ONE YEAR OR MONTHS,AFTER WHICH GHANA WOULD HAVE TO CONTEND WITH ANOTHER WHITE ELEPHANT PROJECT.

Who awarded this contract? Their work is unprofessional and done in such a piecemeal fashion that it will never connect up and deliver any fiber optic data. Why is a private company allowed to dig up our driveways and lawns, leaving heaped rubble and earth all over the place? Which agency can we contact to complain?

Once again we are having to endure the flagrant disregard for the ordinary man by allowing cow boys to masquerade as professionals and 'every body' is just looking on? We have local authority and government agencies who agree or provide the necessary contracts for the jobs to be undertaken but what are we experiencing with impunity now? Who s job is it to inspect these in the absence of health and safety officers?

So when are we the highly intelligent clean and sane silent majority gonna get up and fight like hell all these demonic souls in our society. Over 75% of own citizens ought to be buried alive. They are lawless and filthy beasts. It is these actions from own own lawless class and useless politicians that encourage expatriate companies to relax their professionalism. Sometimes I have a feeling that we force their hands to do the direct opposite of what they know best, else their lives might be in jeopardy.Damn if you do damn if you don't!!!
Simply put, i don't believe we were ever ready to join the civilized world. Something or somebody rushed us into it, now white people are vindicated.

The usual issue of institutional failure. When people who be supervising the work ethics of these contractors compromise their positions by taking their 10%, what do you do?

This problem is rampant with all contractors both public and private. There is total disregard and sand, gravel, excavated materials , concrete mix is all stored and mixed on public roads and is destroying the road network. There must be heavy penalties and cost of repairs must be to the account of the contractor. Resources and infrastructure of the country cannot be destroyed with such impunity.

This behavior is not uncommon and should not surprise anyone. After all a company pays an Official in Ghana to get a contract, after the money is collected there will never be a follow up of standards maintained because they paid you. Then the work is done in a shoddy way and no one is held responsible for that. This is a place where money can get you anything with no consequences. What a shame.
