Of course, there's a major conflict of interest here, but, that's typical of Ghana under Mahama the dead goat. All state institutions are controlled by NDC cliques & their relatives. Ghanaians need to rise up NOW.

He was so clever that 20years ago there about knowing the growing of the population and the demand of houses would be high,this man moved from hinterland to hinterland convincing landowners to part their lands to him at a rediculors prices.Courts must also look into such agreements,age of the landowners,educational background,etc. Mensah Sarbah was able to save our lands from the British when he told them that the lands belong to both the living and unborn. How can we allow one man to acquire such huge lands? THANK YOU.

What about Paul Derry ruling on the same issue in June 2014, which led to the expunction of Bortianor lands used to purchased shares in Arlotech Company. Truth will always prevail. We live to see.
