    Why treating this as a civil case when these crooks should already be on remand and awaiting trials. Were this a "common" criminal he would have been begging for a bail by now even for a lesser degree of crime.

    WE HAVE THE PROBABLE CAUSE TO ARREST THESE JUDGES AND DETAIN THEM UNTIL TRAIL SO WHY ARE THEY STILL WALKING AROUND SETTING CONDITIONS FOR THEIR "HEARING".

    If they don't show up, they should be arrested for contempt to court, and keep them in jail without a bond till the actual court hearings.
