THAT KOFI ADZRAKU WAS THEN A DRIVER AT THE CASTLE-OSU AND THAT SINCE 1997 WHEN HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE QUIST WAS THEN A CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE IN ACCRA AND MY LATE FRIEND HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE CHARLES NYEWORLEMOR WAS ALSO THEN A CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE AND MY MATE HER LORDSHIP JUSTICE IVY HERWARD-MILLS THHEN KNOWN WHEN WE WERE AT THE GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW AS "IVY AMOAH" WHOSE LATE FATHER WAS GHANA SUPREME COURT JUSTICE WAS THEN WORKING WITH THE LATE JUSTICE NYEWORLEMA AT THE SAME TIME MY LEARNED FRIEND HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE YAW APAU WAS ALSO A CIRCUIT JUDGE AT AFLAO AND I WAS REPRESENTING HENCIL CHAMBERS AND WAS DOING A CASE FOR THE THEN OMNIBUS BUS AUTHORITY AT THE CIRCUIT COURT AT AFLAO.
THAT IT IS WORTHY OF NOTE TO SAY THAT HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE YAW APAU WHEN HE WAS THE CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE AT AFLAO RESPECTED BOTH LAWYERS AND CLIENTS AND EVEN GAVE ME OPPORTUNITY TO RENDER MY LEGAL ADVISORY OPINION ON EVEN CASES THAT WERE NOT OURS.
THAT I HAVE TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE YAW APAU, HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE CHARLES QUIST, HER LORDSHIP JUSTICE IVY HERWARD-MILLS, HIS LORDSHIP JUSTICE OF THE HUMAN RIGHT COURT OF ACCRA AND DO AND DID UNDERSTAND THEIR DIFFICULTIES SINCE CASES THAT TOUCHED AND CONCERNED "HUMAN RIGHTS CASES" ARE/WERE VERY DICEY AS ANAS AMEREYAW ANAS EXPOSE ITSELF THEREFORE THE POSITION OF THE LAW TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND ALSO TO BE DETERMINED AS SUCH.
