    THIS STUFF HAPPENS IN ALL THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES LIKE NIGERIA, BANGLADESH ETC. GOOD TO KNOW GHANA HAS PEOPLE LIKE ANAS. THIS COULD BUILD CONFIDENCE IN THE NATION AND THAT IS GOOD FOR FOREIGN INVESTMENT.

    Investors will think twice about investing in business in Ghana after this revelation. If the Judicial system can't guarantee your legal rights under Ghana law, maybe safer to put your money into Ivory Coast or elsewhere.
